A unique sledding experience: Le Toboggan for kids from 5 to 88.
Re-discover your child’s soul and take a run on the longest toboggan track in France. Spectacular views, hilarious moments, adrenalin rushes and surprises: they’re all part of this special downhill package.

6 km long – and with its start zone located at the foot of the imposing Glacier de Peclet at 3000 m -- the playful Toboggan course features banked turns and variously angled pitches. The course is patrolled and groomed each day.

Accessible from the Funitel Péclet, this activity is suitable to both adults and children over five years old (Free for children 5-10 who ride tandem with an adult).

The Toboggan is open every day from 10 am to 3 pm as well as three evenings a week.
Price for the day, with a sledge and helmet: 13 € for a descent (19,50 € for people without skipass)

Toboggan Evenings…a great way to end the day. Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Come to the Toboggan Chalet to book your evening and rent a toboggan and helmet.
At the end of the descent; share a last moment of pleasure with your fellow sliders and recover from your emotions with free mulled wine and local cheese!!

Practical information:

Booking for the toboggan run at night on the same day at the Chalet du Toboggan from 10 am to 3 pm (and till 3.30 pm from the 2nd of February 2013).

Access to the Toboggan run via the Péclet Funitel between 5pm to 6pm (5.30pm to 6.30 from 2nd February 2013)

For the little ones (over two years old)

Whether you’re on your own, with family or friends, whatever your age or ability, you’ll find a run for you.

• For the over 2’s, a free, safe and secure “Baby Fun” tobogganing area in the Place Caron at the middle of the resort awaits them.

• For the 6 – 10 year olds, dedicated snowsports fans will love the new toboggan run measuring 250 metres in length over a 45 metre vertical drop and featuring a range of banked turns.
Surprise: you no longer need to climb back up to the top pulling your toboggan behind you thanks to the 2 free covered magic carpets located at the bottom of the slopes which let you get back to Place Caron without even breaking a sweat.
