Jean Sulpice celebrates 10 years at the Oxalys.
This year marks the 10th anniversary for Jean Sulpice, 2-star Michelin Chef, at the helm of Europe's highest Michelin-star restaurant. A decade of creative culinary genius, inspired by his passion for nature and the mountains; Jean has always been motivated by a desire to share this passion and create an inviting, friendly atmosphere...his choice of anniversary celebration is no different! This winter Jean will welcome severaldifferent acclaimed and accomplished Chefs into to his kitchen to work alongside him for an unforgettable evening, where Magali Sulpice will be on hand to advise diners on the best wine choice for their selected menus.
Jacques Marcon, 3 Michelin stars, will be arriving from Saint-Bonnetle Froid on December 14th, Sang Hoon Degeimbre, 2 Michelin stars, will be coming from Belgium (L'air du Temps Restaurant in Noville sur Méhaigne) on January 16th,and David Toutain (l'Agapé Substance) will be swapping Paris for the mountains on February 6th.
Jacques Génin (La Chocolaterie) will team up with Christophe Aribert, 2 Michelin stars, from the Terrasses d'Uriage on March 19th before Mauro Colagreco from the Mirazur Restaurant (Menton) arrives on April 3rd. Throughout the season, Jean Sulpice will be creating new tantalising sensations to complement
an established menu of reputed "signature" favourites: ''chestnut velouté, Parmesan chaud-froid and grated truffle'' and ''meringue encrusted apple, with mountain honey and Antésite anise''.
Bookings can be made from November 7th 2011, with menus available online as of December 3rd.
