Spotlight on our Champions

The photographer David André realized an amazing serie, picturing 6 ski champions of the 3 Vallées, in crazy environments!

Adrien Theaux

ADRIEN THEAUX , BIENVENUE AU CLUB ! - WELCOME TO THE CLUB !

Member of the French ski team and downhill specialist. Adrien took the 5th place at the World Championships in Val d'Isère, 3rd place in the discipline's Mecca: Kitzbühel, 2dn place in Beaver Creek, and the victory in Lenzerheide.

Alexis Pinturault

ALEXIS PINTURAULT , JACKPOT !

21 years old and already a World Cup medal from the Giant in Kranjska Gora in winter 2011. Before that, Alexis had already dipped his ski tips to the bog white circus ring, but his moment of glory came with his coming of age when he became junior giant slalom world champion.

Les Freres Lau

LES FRERES LAU, LES ROIS DE LA PISTE - KINGS OF THE PISTE

Chris, Phil and Sven Lau, have both their name and an overwhelming passion in common: telemark! At 25, 23 and 22 years old, they have quite different styles but similar results. Chris, the eldest, is French champion in classical. Sven, the youngest of the bunch, was bronze medallist in the classical sprint World Championships and won the crystal globe in the giant. Phil, the middle one, became World Champion in the classical sprint.

Jeremy Prevost

JEREMY PREVOST , L'AME FREERIDE - THE FREERIDE SPIRIT

Jérémy is not just an outstanding freeride skier, but is also crazy about DH and nuts about ice hockey. A hockey stick, a mountain bike, whatever...as long as it makes life exciting. The first time he took part in the Freeride World Tour, the youngest competitor on the circuit shone by winning the 3rd place! A promising start...

Taina Barioz

TAINA BARIOZ , LA MONTEE DES MARCHES - TAKING THE PODIUM

Just 23 and already a slalom champion. It was in 2011, in Garmisch: a fabulous time, a gold medal, the Marseillaise playing and a lot of emotion.

Vincent Jay

VINCENT JAY , LE CHERCHEUR D'OR - THE GOLD DIGGER

Vincent, the gold digger! You could bet on him at the Games! In the biathlon at Vancouver, we expected Defrasne or Fourcade to do great things, but it was Vincent who was the first to aim high. On February 14th, 2010, it was "Jay" day for the 10km sprint and the first gold medal for the French team! Same again in the 15km: a bronze charm for his collection. Is Mr Jay addicted to victory?
