9 am to 11:30 am: Preparation of a starter, main course and dessert in the kitchen with Jean Sulpice, From 12h to 14h: tasting meals in the restaurant with the person of your choice.
That moment is shared with all participants to share your experience. This tasting is accompanied by 3 glasses of wine.
