Cookery lesson The Hotel residence l’Oxalys and its two starred Michelin restaurant, the highest in Europe, open this summer. Cookery lessons with the talented young Chef, Jean Sulpice, to discover his universe of original and subtle flavours. Go behind the scenes and see what life in a famous kitchen is like. 

A choice of two lessons:
« Gastronomic cuisine » and « Brunch, buffet supper cuisine ».

Cuisine gastronomique cookery lesson: maximum 10 pers.
(9a.m-11.30 a.m on Friday, Saturdays, Sunday).
110 € / pers.

Brunch buffet supper cookery lesson:
60 € per personn
35 € per an accompanying personn
3.30 p.m - 5.30 p.m Wednesdays

All inclusive

all inclusive: accommodation (one night in the Oxalys residence) + one cooking course  with J.Sulpice + one breakfast

gastronomic cooking course: 175 € per personn the Friday and 185 € the Sunday.
Brunch cooking: 135 € per personn on Wednesday afternoon
