News for summer 2009

The Hotel residence l’Oxalys and its one starred Michelin restaurant, the highest in Europe, open this summer. Cookery lessons with the talented young Chef, Jean Sulpice, to discover his universe of original and subtle flavours. Go behind the scenes and see what life in a famous kitchen is like.
