The P@S (Ready-to-Ski) And Its Advantages

The P@S lets you to ski without ever having to pull a lift pass out of your pocket. The information contained on your P@S computer chip (designated ski area; customer category; dates valid) allows the opening of all appropriate lift access gates.

If you still don’t have you own P@S you can reserve it online while buying your pass (for an additional 3 € for handling and shipping). It will be sent directly to your mailing address.

The P@S And Its Advantages:

-It is completely rechargeable – as often as you want, as many years as you want.
-No more painful waits at the lift-ticket booth.
-If it gets lost or stolen, all you have to do is present your confirmation e-mail; your pass is immediately replaced without being assessed a day of penalty.
-More environmentally friendly (less paper garbage).

Reduced Lift Passes

-Reduced lift passes are offered only on presentation of the required identification.
-Free skiing for those under 5 years old and over 75 years old.
-Beginners’ pass that provides access to the 2 Lacs chairlift and the Caim/Caron gondolas (a 50% reduction on regular day and half-day passes).
-Free access to two chairlifts and one magic carpet ride for beginners.

Family Pass

The company running the 3 Vallées lift system, SETAM, provides a reduced lift fee for families comprised of at least four members: two parents and at least two children under the age of 18. However, to qualify individual family passes MUST be for the same domain and cover the same time period.

A 12-Day Option

If you’re planning a longer stay, this pass offers a 12-day option (consecutive or not) at Val Thorens and/or
Les 3 Vallées (photo ID required). Now it’s way easier to use these option passes as the electronic lift access gates record each ski-day so you don’t have to check in anymore at the ticket booth.
