[Snow Report] 20 Feb. 2014

Published the 20 February 2014

Hello every body and welcome for the snow report of Thursday, feb 20th 2014 ! Today is a beautiful day for Val Thorens : Jean Fred Chapuis is the new Skicross Olympic Champion!

As you can see, today is a beautiful sunny day! Tomorrow will be more cloudy, but for this week-end the sun is back ! Next week the bad weather will be back! And we expect some sun for the end of the week. There are 1.20m snow at the resort and 2.20m at the top of the slopes.

The snow is fresh and excellent! The avalanch risk is 3 out of 5 : so be careful and do not take any risk off pistes! Breaking news : the gravity cableways, la Tyrolienne! Check the teaser :

Congratulations to our champions : Chloé Trespeuch for her bronze medal in snowboardcross, and for Jean Frédéric Chapuis for his gold medal in skicross!
