New : Snow Diving Show

A European exclusive : The Snow Diving Show in Val Thorens

From the sky, they dive into the snow ! 

 

Snow Diving is a new discipline which consists of diving into snow from a height of 10 metres. This extreme sport appeared two years ago in the Southern Hemisphere in New Zealand.

 

About fifteen professional sportsmen, all riders, jumpers or acrobatic divers, will get together to create a show which will take place for the first time in Europe in Val Thorens.

 

The Snow Diving Show will take place in April, the month when the snow depth is at its maximum.

 

This show needs 3 conditions : soft snow, an exceptional depth of snow, and top level athletes including the main oranisers of the show : Ryan Cooper, Rudy Smith and Stanley Irons (all 3 New Zealanders)

 

The definitive date will be fixed mid-November depending on the divers' calender.
