Choosing Val Thorens, it's first of all choosing an outstanding snow quality, guaranteed from november to mid-mai thanks to the altitude of the resort (2300 - 3230 m. ) The average cumulative snow height is about 10 meters each season, this without involving the artificial snow making, which guarantees the comfort of skiing on the lowest parts of the skiing area in the beginning of the season.
