Welcome and gift at first time is offered in one of our two dedicated spaces in Val Thorens and Les Menuires, open all year round from Monday to Friday.

Belleville Valley quality, accommodation label and stars classification
This label is unique to the Belleville Valley, categorising furnished tourist apartments on a scale of 1 to 5 snowflakes.
The aesthetic, style and harmony are each judged using 3 colour categories: bronze, silver and gold.
The Espace Propriétaires is also accredited for the ministerial star rating of furnished tourist accommodation. Benefit from a tax deduction of 71% instead of 50% on your rental income and set the amount of the tourist tax for your customers!
