Guides Office – MCF School
The MCF Les Menuires school – Val Thorens offers supervised outings for all levels and all ages.
By using the services of an MCF instructor (French Cycling Instructor), you have the assurance of benefiting from the safety and technical skills of true state-certified professionals, whose job is teaching cycling.
On the program: family outings, learning and perfecting driving skills, confirmed outings to discover the 3 Valleys area and electrically assisted mountain bike rides.

Children's courses by the Guides Office
For children aged 6 to 12 who want to do their first off-road rides (Biclou) or discover downhill mountain biking (Biker 1). A medal validates the level at the end of the course.

- Biclou course 3 days (Monday to Wednesday): 111€ all included. Single session possible on Thursdays and Fridays.

All Terrain Armchair (FTT) by the Bureau des Guides
All outings are supervised by mountain bike instructors – mountain guides. This is the guarantee of completing a route in complete safety, while benefiting from the explanations of a connoisseur of the mountain and its natural environment.
Loan of equipment offered with the commitment of an instructor. Use on descent only.
