The Cime Caron ! This mythical name has been echoing in everyone's mind for decades...

How to get there?

From the Val Thorens resort, take the Cairn gondola (offered this summer) to reach the Caron gondola departure station.

Once down, you can buy your Cime Caron pass at the Caron gondola ticket office and use the toilets before the ascent.

You can then take the Caron gondola, then the Caron cable car and reach the summit in 4 minutes.

The anecdote: the Cime Caron cable car was the largest cable car in the world when it was built in 1982!
