1. Car parks
The resort is partially pedestrianised, so if you're travelling to Val Thorens this winter you'll need to use one of the car parks provided. The car parks are all sheltered from inclement weather, meaning you won't have to spend your time scraping snow and ice off your vehicle. And you can use the time you've saved to get even more out of your holiday.
When you first arrive, you'll have a few minutes to leave your car close to your accommodation while you unpack.
You'll then need to take your vehicle to the Valthoparc car park, which is open 24 hours a day and has around 3,500 spaces available. There's also a free shuttle bus to take you from the car park to your accommodation.
