NATIONAL CLASSIFICATION IN STARS
The furnished flats of tourism are distributed in one of the categories appointed by an increasing number of stars, according to criteria fixed by a board of classification. (Code of the Tourism - art D324-2). They are classified from 1 to 5 stars
The Classification is subordinated to a verification survey which must be realized by an approved or accredited body which pronounces the decision of classification (Sem Rénov on the Valley of Belleville).
Validity 5 years
Price list: 70.00€/furnished
- Tax system: 71 % standard deduction on the rents (instead of 50 % except classification)
- Quality: quality security of the accommodation for the customers recognized by the national and international level
- Safety : reliability of furnished flats declared in city hall, checked every 5 years
- ANCV: free membership to the National Agency for Holiday vouchers (possibility of accepting a safe and advantageous means of payment for the tenants)
