Ideally located opposite the ESF meeting point, the new Hotel Marielle opens its doors this winter on 19 November for the Grand Première! Skiers will be able to discover this new place and enjoy the M restaurant on the slopes, comfortably installed on the sunny terrace.
At the helm, the young Chef Michaël Riss and his brigade offer a bistronomic cuisine, sincere and greedy, worked mainly with local and seasonal products. On the menu: "Martiflette", Bozel diots and crozets, farmhouse veal parmentier and Colonata bacon, arctic char, fir tree viennese, mushrooms, accompanied by ravioli and hot broth... tasty dishes with Alpine flavours revisited with a modern touch.
The most hurried skiers are not forgotten and settle down on the large terrace "feet in the snow" of the Gourmet Snack. On the menu, the must-try dishes such as the burger by the metre or the Savoyard potée or more original recipes such as the homemade terrine with pickles, green lentils and smoked herring, or the beef stew with Savoy wine and polenta...
One thing is certain, the gourmet cuisine of Le M will delight all your taste buds!
