Malaysia, complete makeover for the largest resort club in the world!

Mythical club of Val Thorens, Malaysia, which is none other than the largest resort club in the world with a 1500m2 dancefloor, began a complete transformation this summer. For its 39th season, a completely redesigned concept awaits clubbers. New logo, new space, new concept, new sound and image techniques, Malaysia displays a real ambition as a “3rd millennium club”. On the sound side, it is none other than Laurent Garnier, icon of international electronic culture who helped to rethink the acoustics of the nightclub.
It was in Vienna, at the Grelle Forelle club, that he went to find “the best sound in the world” to install it in Malaysia. On the spatial and visual side, the club called on Alexandre Courtès, renowned film and music video director, to rework the entire concept and visual design. The general idea of ​​the project: transform the entire place into a visual space, with a volume and animations that immerse the viewer in a playful universe. Finally, on the practical side, the entrance to the club will be moved to the bottom of Place Caron to allow clubbers to wait in a warm environment thanks to an underground access corridor that can accommodate up to 200 people. So a brand new, cutting-edge club awaits party-goers this season!
