Le Vieux Chalet
Located in the Rue du Soleil, the Vieux Chalet is open every evening.
Here, there is only one watchword: revisit or discover local specialities by mixing them with creative cuisine. Thus, fondue, raclette and Abondance berthoud rub shoulders with crispy scallop ravioli, lamb mouse rendang, beef fillet with morel mushrooms and foie gras velouté.
Upstairs, you can enjoy all these dishes by the fire, while taking in our beautiful panoramic view of the glaciers.
