Mountain United

Discover ski touring on a course of low difficulty, supervised by the Mountain United Section of the Val Thorens Sports Club.

 On the program:

• Discovery of ski touring (equipment, techniques)
• Prevention and dangers of the practice
• Presentation of mandatory rescue equipment
• DVA shovel and probe demonstration
• Exchange and transmission of knowledge

The departure is every Wednesdays at 5.30 pm in front of the Skiset Goitschel on the Place Caron, then up to the restaurant La Marine where snacks and hot drinks will be ready for you! Back down to the resort around 7.30 pm.

Prices:

• Without rental : 17€
• With rental (boot + ski + skins): 36€
• Insurance : 3€ (optional)

Reservation at the Val Thorens Sports Club inside the Tourist Office before noon on the same day and equipment rental at the Skiset Goitschel before 4 pm.
