In the company of Joseph, you will discover the history of the permaculture garden and the wishes that led Pépé Nicolas' family to create this garden.

As a true enthusiast of this method of agriculture combining respect for nature and humans, Joseph will pass on to you the operating principles of this ecosystem and show you the different techniques used to respect the earth and biodiversity.

Short circuits are favored, the restaurant offers dishes cooked from products grown on site (permaculture garden), manufacturing and marketing of cheese on site, promotion of local products (shop of regional products and sale of Beaufort made by an operator agricultural sector), introducing visitors to permaculture (responsible agriculture).
Nearly 200 animals raised in the fresh mountain air in semi-freedom. Guided tours allow you to better understand their way of life, farming, life in the mountain pastures, etc.
