The Ski Patrol Experience is available from Tuesday to Friday from 27 December.

Discovering mountain professions

Children aged 6 to 14 now have the chance to find out more about what it's like to work in the mountains thanks to the Ski Patrol Experience!

There are 4 educational and fun workshops, all supervised by a professional.

On the programme for the 4 workshops: grooming with a mini snow groomer, signposting and skier's rules, mini snowmobile and rescue with stretchering and towing.

Information

  • The activity lasts on average 1h30
  • Sessions take place from Tuesday to Friday at 1.45pm and 3.15pm.
  • Price: €42 / child
  • 6 to 14 years, group of 6 children maximum
  • Location: Combe de Thorens green trail
  • What to bring :
    • Warm clothing / ski clothing (boots or ski boots accepted). Children can bring their own ski helmets or borrow one on site.
  • How to find us :
    • On skis by the 2 Lacs chairlift with a valid ski pass. Access is via 2 green runs: Traversée des 2 Lacs and Combe de Thorens
    • On foot via the sentier des 2 Lacs (please note that it takes about 45 minutes to walk from the centre of the station)
