Easy Riders zones: start skiing for free
To start skiing, 2 areas are accessible free of charge to learn skiing in complete peace of mind:
- On the Milky Way trail next to the Castor and Pollux carpets
- On the froggy track next to the Shrew and Vole carpets
Once launched, a beginner package EasyRider dedicated 4h or 1d at 50% of the public price will allow you to start exploring the area of Val Thorens !
i️ The little extra: did you know that more than 50% of the slopes in the 3 Valleys ski area are green slopes and blue slopes?

The snow gardens – Introduction to the first skis
Club Piou Piou ESF, Sifflote and Ourson
Club Piou welcomes children from 3 years old to introduce them to skiing in a secure kindergarten. L'ESF de Val Thorens hosts a course for the youngest: learning to snowboard for 4-6 year olds. With its “mini rider” course, the ESF will introduce young people to snowboarding, in complete safety, in the Kindergarten.

Prosneige Garden
Baby skiers, skiing from 2 years old / Mini riders, snowboarding from 4 years old
First steps towards skiing and snowboarding with the help of an instructor. Parents must accompany their children.

Yeti Park Evolution 2
Beginner children are supervised in a space set up on the slopes which will provide them with all the teaching necessary to learn and progress in the best conditions, while having fun.
Small groups of 4 to 8 children maximum, from 4 years old.
