  • Collection on arrival in Val Thorens from the automatic terminals
  • Or your ski pass sent by post. Please note that in this case, the purchase must be made at least 10 days before the date of your first day's skiing.

Good to know: If you wish to pay for your ski pass with holiday vouchers, you must have dematerialised holiday vouchers (Chèque Vacances Connect). If your holiday vouchers are traditional vouchers, you can only purchase them at the ski lift ticket offices.

The 3 Vallées ski area - 600 km of pistes

Comprising 7 ski resorts (Courchevel, Méribel, Brides-les-Bains, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Les Menuires, Val Thorens and Orelle), all linked by ski, the 3 Vallées ski area totals 600 km of pistes. It's the largest ski area in the world!

The Val Thorens - Orelle ski area - 150 km of runs

The Val Thorens-Orelle ski area totals 150km of pistes and offers access to the Maurienne via the resort of Orelle.

Situated at 90% above 2000m altitude, the ski area benefits from a quality snow cover and welcomes skiers and snowboarders non-stop from November to May.

Carré Neige insurance

Rescue services are subject to a charge, so make sure you're insured!

Don't forget that there is a charge for all emergency services, even for minor injuries! To avoid any unpleasant surprises, all you have to do when you buy your lift pass at the ticket office or online is ask for theCARRÉ NEIGE insurance for the duration of your ski pass.

For €3.30 per day, the following costs are covered in the event of a skiing accident:

  • Rescue and evacuation
  • Reimbursement of medical, pharmaceutical and hospitalisation expenses.
  • Repatriation
  • Reimbursement of ski passes and lessons of more than 3 days.
  • Legal assistance

Le Sports Club also offers a season's insurance, the "Carte Neige" licence. Prices from : 85€ (Adult Leisure Option).

Good to know: insurance is payable on free packages (see Carré Neige conditions for details). Bank or personal card insurance does not always cover all the above costs. Think about it!

Reciprocal 3 Vallées season passes

For winter 2023-2024, the 3 Vallées ski area has set up reciprocal agreements with the resorts of Shiga Kogen (Japan), Mount Buller (Australia), Vail Resorts (USA) and Los Tres Valles De Los Andes (Valle Nevado and La Parva) in Chile.

Everya 3 Vallées season pass is entitled to a free pass for 3 consecutive days in the Japanese resorts of Shiga Kogenin the Australian resort of Mount Buller as well as in the La Parva and Valle Nevado. They can also benefit from 3 x 2 consecutive days in the group's resorts. Vail Resorts.
