Discover the longest toboggan run in France!

Prepare to live an incredible experience on a marked trail in the heart of a magnificent natural valley. All the pleasures of a toboggan run in Savoie over more than 6km accessible to everyone from 5 years old.

Very fun, the route combines steep turns and varied slopes to the delight of sledders.

You will move with complete confidence in the heart of an exceptional site.

And let's go for 45 minutes of sensations and sliding!

After an 8-minute climb via the Péclet funitel, the start is given at the foot of the magnificent Péclet glacier at an altitude of 3m.

Sledding during the day

Day rates, sled, helmet and lift via Péclet included

  • 19€ the descent
  • 28€ for 2 descents
  • 38€ for 1 day
  • Free for children aged 5 to 9 on the sled of an adult
  • The price includes: the loan of the sled, the loan of the helmet (you can take your own ski helmet if you have one) and the ski lift via Péclet to arrive at the start of the sled.
  • An identity document must be left as a deposit when collecting the sled from Chalet Cosmojet. It will be returned to you when you return from the sled after your descent.

Daytime reservation

It is not necessary to book your daytime sledging trip in advance. All you have to do is go there, at the Cosmojet chalet, during opening hours to make your descent.

Pedestrian access plan to Chalet Cosmojet – Departure of the sled

Find on the map below the path to take to access Chalet Cosmojet from Place Caron or from Rue du Soleil.

Good to know: if you leave from Place Caron, the descent to Chalet Cosmojet is done by passing inside the Castor & Pollux carpet tunnel. The descent into the tunnel is done in shoes only, ski boots are prohibited.

  • Price: € 28
  • Free for children aged 5 to 9 on the sled of an adult
  • The price includes: the loan of the sled, the loan of the helmet (you can take your own ski helmet if you have one), the loan of a headlamp and the ski lift via Péclet to arrive at the start of the sled.
  • At least 40 participants must be registered for the evening to be maintained

Evening reservation

Unlike daytime sledding, Reservations for evening sledding are required. It must be done the same day, at Chalet Cosmojet, before 15 p.m.

Good to know: online or telephone reservations are not possible. It must be done at Chalet Cosmojet (a pedestrian access plan to Chalet Cosmojet is available higher up on the page).

The day :

  • Meet at Chalet Cosmojet, upstream from the Cascades chairlift departure station
  • Buy your tickets
  • Access to the start of the toboggan run is via the Péclet Funitel
  • Don't forget to smile before entering the tunnel, you can collect your photo upon arrival!

ℹ️ The sled may be closed depending on weather conditions.

Evening :

Wednesday to Friday from 17:15 p.m. to 18:30 p.m. depending on weather conditions.

  • Purchase and reservation are MANDATORY on the same day at one of our ticket offices.
  • Report to Chalet Cosmojet from 17:15 p.m. to collect equipment.
  • To get back to the station, you can take advantage of the Castor and Pollux carpets which remain open until 19:45 p.m. from Wednesday to Friday from February 14.

ℹ️ The evening may be canceled in the event of unfavorable weather conditions and tickets may be valid for another evening.

Warning !

• Sledding for children under 5 years old is PROHIBITED for your safety.
• Free for children aged 5 to 9 on the sled of an adult
• Children alone on a sled must be at least 9 years old and taller than 1,25m.
• Only SETAM sleds are authorized to use this track.
• Wearing a helmet and gloves is MANDATORY for everyone.
• Wearing ski boots is strongly discouraged.
• For your safety, do not brake with your feet.
• Respect safety distances and control your speed.
• Remember that the departure is at an altitude of 3000 m, make sure to dress warmly.
• The sled can be closed depending on weather conditions.

For toddlers from 2 years old

  • Starting from 2 years old, Space games, a free and secure children's area awaits little ones in the center of the station, Place Caron.
  • For the older ones, The Star Trail, 250 m long with a 45 m difference in altitude, offers several banked turns. Surprise: no need to go back up on foot while pulling your sled, 2 free covered mats located at the bottom of the slope allow an effortless return to the starting point at Place Caron.

Whether you are alone, with family or friends, whatever your age and level, there is bound to be a toboggan run made for you.
