The kitchens have been completely redesigned to streamline service and facilitate the design of a new exceptional menu.
You can discover everything in an authentic French brasserie atmosphere created by the new design of the premises and which can be found even on the plate thanks to the talents of starred chef Cyril Attrazic.
This legendary address continues to evolve to always delight and surprise its aficionados. Behind these beautiful achievements we find Fabien and Romain, both lovers of the mountains and a job well done.
Keeping it simple and focusing on the flavor of very beautiful products, working in collaboration with local producers, favoring short circuits, these are the keys that make La Maison successful. A work also recognized by obtaining the title of Master Restaurateur, the only title issued by the State. Finally, the table service is particularly careful and warm.
