It is at an altitude of 2 m that you will find a panoramic terrace on which you will find La Fruitière, the gastronomic brasserie of La Folie Douce.
Chef Damien De Valukhoff and his team offer you a menu with our “signature” dishes, but also a new range of suggestions with recipes that perfectly combine tradition, modernity and exceptional products.
We highlight green and local cuisine, particularly with fish from our surrounding lakes and rivers. Our desire is to bring you closer to our producers in order to favor short circuit products.
We are lucky to work with pastry chef Amaryllis Desorbais who cut her teeth at Alain Ducasse's Plaza Athénée and who today delights you with her homemade desserts and ice creams.
