Restaurant Les Explorateurs

Awarded a star in the Michelin Guide since 2017, chef Josselin Jeanblanc and his assistant Camille Vallet run the kitchens of the starred restaurant at the Pashmina***** hotel.
A warm atmosphere mixing modernity and memories of former high mountain explorers, attentive service, refined cuisine, the Chef leaves nothing to chance with dishes that make you explore the world thanks to flavors from all horizons. The dishes of French gastronomic luxury are revisited with precision without neglecting the products of our valleys and inspirations from around the world. At Les Explorateurs restaurant, the cuisine is cosmopolitan, like Val Thorens.

Each table has a different decor, a different lighting atmosphere: returning several times to the Explorers means discovering several worlds, exploring the high mountains on your plate and around you.

The desserts are by Sébastien Deléglise, awarded the Passion Dessert Trophy by the Michelin Guide.

“In the heart of the sublime Pashmina hotel, designed as a luxury refuge, these Explorers have some great surprises in store for us. The meal builds to a crescendo with simple and inspired creations, which show obvious technical mastery and the strong desire to not be just another “umpteenth” luxury hotel restaurant… A successful bet! »
