Mountain biking in the 3 Vallées

Since 1998, Saint Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires and Val Thorens have been awarded the "mountain bike/FFC areaofficial label of the French Cycling Federation.

There are almost 260 km of circuits to choose from!

Departing from the resorts or villages, along the torrents, mountainsides or ridges, they allow you to criss-cross the Vallée des Belleville.

Fans of road bike There's something for everyone on the Départementale 117 between Moûtiers and Val Thorens. In all, almost 40 kilometres, 1,867 metres of ascent and descent, with sections at over 13%.

The MCF Les Menuires - Val Thorens school offers you the chance to explore the fabulous "3 Vallées" area by bike, from half-day to multi-day tours.
