Renowned for the quality of its snow, the highest resort in Europe offers the best skiing in the best atmosphere. For the 2022-2023 season, Val Thorens placed first with an average occupancy rate of 76,3% over the entire season, welcoming more than 70 nationalities. For this 2023-2024 season, the first reservation figures to date record increasing demand compared to last year, thus showing an ever greater appeal among the general public for the world of mountains, skiing and Val Thorens.
For this 2023-2024 season, Val Thorens created a new installation in the high mountains, a step into the void. Cime Caron, 3200m above sea level, will benefit from a “vistaero”, a translucent observation platform which will allow you to contemplate the surrounding mountains and the station.
