Restaurant Le Diamant Noir

Perched at an altitude of 2400 m, the Diamant Noir is the gourmet restaurant of the highest ***** hotel in Europe: the Koh-I Nor.
Chef Eric Samson invites you on a committed journey in harmony between his Breton origins (the iodized and saline sea – abalone, sea urchins in particular –) and high-altitude Alpine Savoie. Without forgetting Périgord, where the chef cultivates his own truffle groves. Three significant and complementary natural territories, which dialogue and confront each other throughout his creations.

Among the chef's new dishes, delicate arctic char combines with tangy purslane and iodized caviar. Discover the finesse of matured abalone from the Breton coasts or even the organic egg in homage to Périgord truffles.

Eric Samson and his pastry chef also create wonderful desserts, light and intense.

Without forgetting a superb wine list, consistent with the culinary theme.
