Ski from November 18 at Val Thorens !

While waiting for the official opening of the entire station Val Thorens with La Grande Première on November 25, we will open part of our ski area one week earlier than the date initially planned.

Indeed, thanks to recent snowfalls and the work of all the resort's services, we are able to open from November 18 for the most enthusiasts among you!

How much will ski passes cost?

The package will be at the rate unique 20€ per day (adult and child) from November 18 to November 24 inclusive.

Where can I buy my ski pass?

You can buy your package at the Funitel Péclet cash desks from 8AM to 45PM or at the automatic terminals at the Forum, Olympiades, Péclet, Cairn/Caron and the Tourist Office.

Online purchasing will not be possible.

In order to locate cash registers and vending machines, a plan is available.

Which ski lifts and slopes will be open?

Here are the ski lifts and slopes that will be open:

  • Funitel of Péclet 9h 16h slopes Tête Ronde, Lac Blanc and Bas Béranger, Roc
  • Cascades chairlift 9h 16h Dalles track, 2 Combes and Combe de Thorens, Slates towards lower Béranger, Roc
  • Castor & Pollux rug 8h 16h milky way trails
  • Shrew Rug 9h 16h Shrew and Frog trail
  • Vole Rugs 9h 16h Voles track

When will the connection with Orelle open?

The connection with Orelle will open on November 25.

Will my season pass work?

Yes, season pass holders will be able to go directly to the open ski lift terminals.

Is Club Day Val Thorens is maintained ?

Yes, Club Day Val Thorens scheduled for November 24 is maintained.

Is there a lot of snow now?

Currently, we have more than 70 cm at the top of the slopes and 40 cm of snow (groomed) at the resort, allowing a return to the resort on skis.

Is the La Grande Première event being maintained?

Yes, La Grande Première is being held on November 25 and 26.

Is Val Thorens will it close after the weekend of November 18?

No, the station will remain open until May 5, 2024!

How do I book accommodation?

Our teams are in the process of identifying all the accommodation that will be available from November 18. You can contact Val Thorens Booking from Monday November 13 by telephone at 04 79 00 01 06.

Where will I be able to park?

In the station

Car parks P0, P1 and P2 will be open at a rate of €9,50 per day.

Tickets will be purchased at the automatic terminals at the entrance to the car parks.

Customers wishing to purchase their ticket from a physical person must go to parking lot P0.

Outside the station

Car parks P4 (€6,50 per day) and P5 (free) will be open.

As usual, parking in car parks is compulsory from November 15 by municipal decree.
