Yoga: an essential complement for board sports and well-being

Yoga is very complementary to board sports like skiing or snowboarding. Practicing yoga regularly helps the body to be more flexible, stronger and better prepared for sport, but above all to better absorb shock and prevent injuries.

The classes are composed as follows: Pranayama (breathing), Asanas (sequence of postures punctuated by breathing) and Meditation.

Focused on people with respect, non-violence and non-judgment, we share the culture of well-being by making yoga accessible to all.
