Live an unforgettable refreshing experience in the Igloo Village of Val Thorens. Ideally located on the Combe de Thorens green slope, it is accessible by ski or on foot. With a surface area of 180m2, the village houses several areas: a bar area, a restaurant area, an accommodation area and of course ice sculptures.

A completely redesigned and unique concept in France! Containers worthy of a polar base camp, a roof top, a geodesic dome and of course igloos for the bar area, restaurant and rooms.
This year's theme? Psychedelic! The opportunity to discover lifelike sculptures entirely hand-carved by professionals. Visiting the ice sculptures is free.
The Ice Bar
Take advantage of the igloo terrace to have a drink between two slopes and to eat, with a view of the area, or in the evening (by reservation) for a frosty aperitif!
Small meals on site, from 10 a.m. until the slopes close: Grilled cheese, Diot Curry Wurst, Trout Gravelax, soup, charcuterie board...

Fondue under igloo
Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (as well as Fridays during school holidays), from 19 p.m. to 21 p.m., the igloo transforms into a restaurant and welcomes you for an exceptional dinner around a real Savoyard fondue.
The round trip from the station to the igloo is made on foot, accompanied by a guide.
3 fondue options to choose from (the choice must be the same for the entire table)
- Fondue dinner – €25: a Savoyard fondue and a carafe of water
- Premium fondue dinner – €39: a Savoyard fondue, a charcuterie board, 1/3 of wine or a soft drink
- Prestige fondue dinner – €59: a glass of prosecco or a cocktail, a Savoyard fondue, a charcuterie board, a dessert, 1/3 of wine or 1 soft drink, 1 hot drink and 1 digestive
- Children’s dinner – €19: a Savoyard fondue, a waffle and a soft serve
